INFORMATION AND CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING

ARES AMBIENTE SRL with registered office in via delle Betulle, 25 TREVIOLO (BG), as the data controller, pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the REG. 2016/679 / EU intends to provide you with information regarding the methods of processing your personal data and your rights. This information, valid for data collection through the web portals of the company ARESAMBIENTE.COM, takes into account the Recommendation No. 2/2001 of the European Privacy Guarantors concerning the minimum requirements for online data collection in the territory of the Union European.

PROCESSING METHOD – The processing of personal data can be carried out using paper and / or computer media. There is no treatment based on automated processes, including profiling. ARES AMBIENTE SRL, in the face of a timely risk analysis, has implemented security measures – technical and organizational – adequate to protect the rights of the interested parties and compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency. Personal data is collected for specific purposes, is adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date. The staff in charge of processing is informed and trained.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING – The data you provide will be processed for the following purpose: to allow access to the services offered by the company website ARESAMBIENTE.COM.

In particular:

»Establishment and execution of contractual relationships with the interested parties, and consequent obligations;

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

NAVIGATION DATA. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform ResourceIdentifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request. to the server, the size of the files obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: the data are deleted after 12 months.

POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS OR RECIPIENTS CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA – The data may be communicated, within the limits of the purposes pursued, to: o Internal staff in charge of managing such data on behalf of the owner (Commercial office – Administrative office); o External subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by legal or regulatory provisions.

The data are made accessible to external subjects whose collaboration ARES AMBIENTE SRL makes use of and to whom the same has appointed an “External Data Processor” for the processing of data that is necessary in the provision of system assistance and maintenance of IT applications and online service management software.

DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES – Personal data are stored on servers located within the European Union. However, where, for the purposes indicated, ARES AMBIENTE SRL needs to transfer data outside the European Union to countries not considered adequate by the European Commission (e.g. United States), the necessary measures will be taken to protect personal data, in compliance with legal guarantees, pursuant to applicable legislation and in particular articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD – All the aforementioned data will be kept for the period of validity of the requested service or, for cases where this is provided for, within the peremptory terms established by law.

In the case of reports and complaints: for the period necessary to conclude the internal evaluation of the reports at the end of which the report will be made anonymous or encrypted.

In the case of reports relating to unlawful conduct: for the period necessary for carrying out internal investigations at the end of which the report will be made anonymous or encrypted.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY. To the interested party, ARES AMBIENTE SRL recognizes the following rights governed by EU REG. 679/2016:

  • Right to ask the data controller for access to personal data (Article 15);
  • Right to ask the data controller to rectify it (Article 16);
  • Right to request the withdrawal of consent (Article 6 or Article 9);
  • Right to ask the data controller to cancel them (Article 17);
  • Right to ask the data controller to limit the processing concerning him (Article 18)
  • Right to data portability (Article 20);
  • Right to oppose their treatment (Article 21)
  • Law in relation to automated decision-making processes (Article 22).

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT – The EU REG. 679/2016 guarantees to the data subject the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

CONSEQUENCES OF A POSSIBLE REFUSAL TO ANSWER. The provision of the minimum data required is mandatory to access the requested services. Any refusal to respond makes it impossible to get into contractual relationships and / or to provide the requested services.

If ARES AMBIENTE SRL intends to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, before such further processing, it will provide information on this different purpose and any further information necessary to ensure correct and transparent processing.
