This information, valid for data collection through the web portals of the company ARESAMBIENTE.COM, takes into account the Recommendation No. 2/2001 of the European Privacy Guarantors concerning the minimum requirements for online data collection in the territory of the Union European.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD – All the aforementioned data will be kept for the period of validity of the requested service or, for cases where this is provided for, within the peremptory terms established by law.

In the case of reports and complaints: for the period necessary to conclude the internal evaluation of the reports at the end of which the report will be made anonymous or encrypted.
